The David Trio, an Italian piano trio, releases its first recording on Altara, supported by its 2006 Borletti-Buitoini Trust Fellowship . Schubert’s two trios, both written in the last year of the composer’s life, are coupled with the Sonatensatz, D.28 and Notturno, D.897, on this double CD.
