Haydn has played a huge role in the development of the Navarra Quartet and Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross is particularly important to them. Not content with just recording and performing the work, the Navarra Quartet also commissioned paintings for illustrated performances from world-renowned artist Jamie Boyd.
